Bi-Weekly Service

The Kitchen

Countertops: Move small appliances (toasters, coffee makers) to clean underneath; wipe down the backsplash.
Exterior Appliances: Polish the front of the fridge, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
Microwave Interior: Remove food splatters and wipe the turntable.
Stovetop: Clean burners and control knobs.
Sink & Fixtures: Scrub, sanitize, and polish the faucet/drain.
Trash: Empty the bin and wipe down the lid/exterior of the can.

Bathrooms

Shower & Tub: Scrub the basin and walls to prevent soap scum buildup.
Toilet: Complete clean (rim, bowl, base, and behind the unit).
Mirror & Chrome: Polish for a streak-free finish.
Vanity: Wipe the countertop and the exterior of the cabinets.
Floors: Hand-wipe the floor corners (mops often miss the edges behind the toilet).

Living Areas & Bedrooms

High Dusting: Remove cobwebs from ceiling corners and dust ceiling fan blades.
Surfaces: Dust all "reachable" surfaces: nightstands, dressers, coffee tables, and shelves.
Electronics: Gently dust TV screens and monitors (using microfiber only).
Furniture: Quick vacuum of upholstered furniture to remove pet hair/crumbs.
Bedding: Neatly make the bed

General Tasks (Whole House)

Doors & Switches: Spot-clean fingerprints from light switches and door handles.
Glass: Clean the "smudge zone" on glass entry doors and sliding patio doors.
Floor Care: * Vacuum: All rugs, carpets, and hard floors (using the brush attachment for edges).
- Mop: Damp-mop all hard surfaces with the correct cleaner for the material.
Tidy Up: Neatly fold throw blankets and straighten pillows.

Move in Service

All Rooms

Inside All Closets: Wipe downทุก shelf, hanging rod, and the floor corners.
Inside All Drawers & Cabinets: Vacuum out the "dust bunnies" and crumbs, then wipe with a disinfectant.
Woodwork & Trim: Hand-wipe all baseboards, door frames, windowsills, and "aprons" (the ledge under the sill).
Vents & Grilles: Remove dust from HVAC intake vents and bathroom exhaust fans.
Light Fixtures: Bug removal from globe lights and hand-wiping of all ceiling fan blades.

Kitchen

Vertical Surfaces: Wipe down the inside and outside of every cabinet and drawer.
Appliance:
- Oven: Ensure no chemical residue is left from the previous move-out clean.
- Fridge/Freezer: Sanitize every shelf, bin, and the rubber door gaskets (where crumbs hide).
- Dishwasher: Run a sanitizing cycle and clean the filter.
Countertops & Backsplash: Scrub and sanitize; pay special attention to the "seam" where the counter meets the wall.
The "Behind & Under": Pull out the stove and fridge to clean the floor and the sides of the cabinets that are usually hidden.

Bathroom

Disinfect Everything: Every surface the previous owner touched—the toilet (especially the handle and base), the tub, and the shower.
Medicine Cabinets: Clean the mirrors and the interior glass shelves.
Shower Tracks & Drains: Remove any leftover hair or soap scum from the sliding door tracks.
Chrome Polishing: Ensure all handles, towel racks, and TP holders are shined and spot-free.

Floor Restoration

Edging: Use a crevice tool on the vacuum to get deep into the gap between the carpet and the baseboard.
Hard Floors: A double-mop process—one to remove heavy dust/construction debris, and a second "polish" mop for a streak-free finish.
Closet Floors: Often overlooked; ensure these are vacuumed/mopped to the very back corners.

Move Out Service

Kitchen

Cabinets & Drawers: Vacuum out crumbs; wipe down interiors, exteriors, and the tops of upper cabinets.
Oven & Range: Deep clean inside, including racks and the storage drawer. Clean the hood filter (degrease) and the stovetop.
Refrigerator/Freezer: Pull out from the wall. Clean the back, the floor underneath, and all interior surfaces (must be dry to prevent mold).
Dishwasher: Clean the filter, wipe the door seals, and polish the front face.
Sink & Fixtures: Remove all limescale/calcium buildup; polish stainless steel or porcelain.

Bathrooms

Shower/Tub: Professional descaling of tiles, glass doors, and hardware. Ensure the drain is free of visible hair/debris.
Vanity: Scrub the sink and polish the faucet. Clean inside the medicine cabinet and vanity drawers.
Toilet: Sanitize the entire unit, including the base, the bolt covers, and the tank.
Vent Fans: Vacuum the dust from the bathroom exhaust fan cover.

General Interior

Baseboards: Hand-wipe all baseboards (not just dusting).
